To locate CIGNA Healthcare network physicians and the CIGNA Healthcare Nationwide Hospital networks, where enhanced benefits may also be available, click on the Provider Directory. If the hospital or physician you selected is not found in the Provider Directory, please contact CIGNA Member Services at 1-800-962-0051. You may also be able to reduce your out-of-pocket costs by utilizing a "Network Savings Plan" provider. "Network Savings Plan" providers have agreed to discounted charges for participants in CIGNA HealthCare administered health plans. A listing of these health care providers can be found on the CIGNA HealthCare Provider Directory under "Network Savings Program." Our Customer Service features are ready to give you assistance anytime. Our Member Services representatives are available to answer questions about your plan and can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days per week as well as holidays at (800) 962-0051. Notification calls can be placed to this same number 24 hours a day. Claim information can also be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week through an interactive Voice Response System (IVR), which is available by calling this same number.
